First Visit - AC System Repair & Preventative HVAC Maintenance

Upon arrival, our technician performed a complete diagnostic inspection of the home's air conditioning system after the customer reported an operational issue. Testing identified a failed capacitor, which was preventing the AC system from operating properly. The defective capacitor was replaced, and the system was restarted and thoroughly tested to verify proper electrical readings and cooling performance.

As part of the service, the condenser coil was rinsed and cleaned to remove dirt and debris that could impact system efficiency. A preventative HVAC maintenance inspection was also completed, including an evaluation of the condensing unit, electrical components, operating pressures, and overall equipment condition.

After testing, the AC system was cooling as designed, all components were operating correctly, and no additional issues or deficiencies were found. System operation was verified before departure.

Second Visit - Complete Air Duct Cleaning

During the second visit, our team completed a professional air duct cleaning throughout the home. The HVAC system included 18 vents — 14 supply vents and 4 return vents.

We began by cleaning all supply ductwork, including the sheet metal branch lines, main trunk line, and every supply vent cover. We then cleaned all four underground return ducts, including the return main line, main plenum beneath the air handler, and all return vent covers.

To complete the service, we thoroughly cleaned the air handler, removed accumulated dust and debris, cleaned the work area, and restarted the HVAC system to confirm proper operation. The system turned on immediately and was operating normally. All ductwork and HVAC components were left clean, helping improve indoor air quality and overall system performance.
